Jennifer Kruger, M.Sc., Provisionally Registered Psychologist #985P

 

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science, with a specialization in psychology, from the University of Alberta and a Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy, from Loma Linda University of California.  She is a Provisionally Registered Psychologist in the province of Alberta and her fees are redeemable on your health benefit plan.

Jennifer has worked with individual issues of addiction, stress, depression and  trauma.  She has specialized experience working with couples and relationship problems.    Her work with families has been helping parents and children with the challenges of blended families, separation and divorce, and behavioral issues.  She has worked in various settings including: community mental health, residential treatment, correctional centers and inpatient psychiatric facilities. 

At Recovery Path, Jennifer specializes in the treatment of the partners of sex addicts.  Partners of a sex addicts are traumatized by the betrayal of the sex addict's behaviour and they are themselves in need of support and healing. 

As a therapist, Jennifer's long term goal is to help individuals find freedom from addictive sexual behavior so they can renew relationships with themselves and loved ones.
